Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team by handling customer communication, quotations, and invoices.
  • Monitor and analyze data using CRM tools on a weekly basis.
  • Prepare quotations for customer inquiries based on sales team instructions.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for payment follow-ups, document management, and scheduling.
  • Collaborate with the sales and workshop teams for machine Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) and delivery.
  • File and organize documents as required for easy retrieval.
  • Assist in the preparation and renewal of Vendor/Pre-qualification registrations for tenders and bids.
  • Generate sales reports upon request and maintain sales and quote trackers on a weekly basis.
  • Enter orders and invoices into the system as directed by the team.
  • Provide clerical and operational support as needed.

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in administration.
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Proficient in English.
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office and Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational and record-keeping abilities.
  • Familiarity with sales reports and records.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Team player with effective communication skills.
