The job holder is responsible for planning, scheduling, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of schools' buildings and facilities

Responsibilities

• Proficient in MEP design and project execution.
• Capable of maintaining and operating all MEP systems, associated equipment, electrical equipment, plumbing systems, building management system, and overseeing building repairs.
• Able to review and understand methods of operation, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing designs according to project requirements.
• Responsible for preparing and reviewing the scope of work for processing RFQ.
• Possesses project management skills, including the preparation of a project plan and monitoring execution by contractors.
• Conducts field inspections and technical evaluations, submitting reports along with remedial recommendations.

Requirements

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electrical engineering; Knowledge of design and project management software such as Autocad, Revit, MS Office, and Primavera.
• Experience: 5-8 years’ experience in GCC; Experience in KPI-based projects is preferred; Experience in an integrated FM model will be an added advantage; UAE Driving License mandatory.
