Position/Designation : Production Supervisor

Position Location : Umm Al Quwain, UAE

Position Reporting to : Manager – Production

Responsibilities

• To observe, motivate and monitor the production work force
• To support and handle regular production planning and generate daily production report
• Responsible for daily production reports, utilization of the RM/PM and machineries
• To handle the production team, resources and materials efficiently and effectively
• To maintain the all-production machinery on regular basis
• Production shifts should be planned in accordance with production demand
• Maintain hygiene in the plant on regular basis
• Adapt to working with different sets of people and in different departments any given day.
• Ability to handle complex tasks and procedures
• Ability to prioritize work activities and to manage deadlines with minimal supervision
• To identify the ways to improve the production with reduction in lead time and wastages
• To control the total manpower and machineries with 100% utilization.
• To align the all-work practices on Safe and healthy aspects
• Interact and Guide production team on RM/PM significance and Trouble shooting
• System entries are made on time.
• Maintain equipment cleanliness & 5S in production Floor.
• Maintain calibration and preventive maintenance of equipment in Production.
• Generate new ideas, implement them on the floor.
• Learning from projects and problem solving are captured and documented.
• Enthusiastic, open, proactive, and not afraid of new challenges every day.
