Responsibilities

• Support Procurement Manager in planning & sourcing decisions.
• Providing advice based on the assessment & analysis of business needs, supply market and commercial risks 
• Provide effective support & advice to various stakeholders in determining their procurement needs 
• Prepare procurement plans & establish cost parameters and budgets to purchase high quality & cost-efficient supplies in order to meet the needs of the organization

Requirements

• 2-3 years' proven experience as a procurement officer in construction projects. 
• Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 
• Good Communication and Negotiation skills. A valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
