Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project and team coordination experience in Marketing or Sales
• Solid grasp of business operations and industry dynamics
• Exceptional skills in communicating and negotiating with different business units and suppliers
• Proven ability to oversee marketing processes from inception to completion
• Capable of thriving in high-pressure and fast-paced environments
• Willingness to participate in virtual and occasional in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and fairs
• Superior knowledge of Social Media: trends, best practices, and other channels
• Basic to intermediate skills in photography and video
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Graphic Designing
• Great knowledge of Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Animation and Video Editing Skills (Adobe After Effects, Premiere)
• Ability to understand the organization's needs, take briefs, and manage designs from A to Z
• Experience managing events is a plus
