Description
As a Logistics Operation Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our logistics and supply chain processes.

- Coordinate and monitor logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with internal departments, consignor, consignee, and shipping line to ensure smooth coordination and execution of logistics activities.
- Monitor and analyze logistics trends, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures as needed.
- Evaluate logistics performance and generate reports on monthly shipments.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and negotiate competitive pricing with them.
- Train, supervise, and mentor logistics team members, promoting professional growth and ensuring adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with government authorities when it is necessary.

Requirements
- Should have minimum 1 year experience as a Logistics Executive/Operations Executive in a freight forwarding company in UAE
- Solid knowledge incoterms, Sea/Land/Air freight forwarding process, E mirsal and Dubai Trade.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with different vendors and customers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing logistics challenges.
- Familiarity with relevant legal regulations and requirements for logistics operations in the UAE.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Should be able to join immediately,
- Candidate should be available in UAE
