This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management, operations, employee relations, HR policies, and human resources. The Human Resources Executive will collaborate with management to design and implement various policies and procedures, while managing employee relations and ensuring adherence and compliance with relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Experience in HR management and operations
• Excellent understanding of HR policies and practices
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, business administration or related field
• Experience in the retail industry is preferred
• HR certification is a plus
