• Proven working experience as a business development executive
• Conduct research to identify potential customers
• Capability to arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven success as a Business Development Executive in the UAE, focusing on the construction and MEP industry.
•  In-depth knowledge of the UAE construction and MEP sectors, including market dynamics, key players, and regulations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to effectively engage clients and negotiate deals.
•  Well-established industry contacts and networks are advantageous.
• Results-Driven: Highly motivated and goal-oriented, consistently achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Able to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to contribute to overall company success.
•  Strong problem-solving capabilities to address customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
•  While not mandatory, a bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred
