Responsibilities

• Developing Monthly/fortnightly Aging Reports for Management 
• Managing /controlling Down Payments for all branches and head office, circulating down payment list monthly. 
• Organizing /attending Monthly Receivable meeting for branches with Finance Manager. 
• Reconciling and allocating all Down Payments by Insurance Brokers pertaining to Head office. 
• Verification of Client documents and KYC making sure all required documents and details meets company Credit Policies and requirements. 
• Enabling flawless and fast process of Commission Payable, for direct billing Insurance brokers by processing all relevant data and invoices in the system. 
• Any additional tasks assigned by manager, as per changing business need.

Requirements

• Educational Attainment 
• Certifications: MBA/ Bachelor of Commerce / Bachelor of Accounting 

SKILLS REQUIRED 

• Advanced MS Excel 
• Excellent Analytical Skills
