Description

 Good Reputation Real Estate comprises a team of knowledgeable real estate professionals with numerous years of experience in the UAE real estate market. Skills

• Knowledge of accounting & bookkeeping terminology and practices.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and accounting integrity.
• Proficient use of MS Office tools.
• Good command of English (oral & writing) and highly encouraged to speak in Mandarin is a plus.
• Have strong understanding & analytical, planning, and organizing skills, inclusive application of diligence with minimal supervision.
• Inclusive willingness and capability to multitask.
• Ability to be meticulous to compare data from various sources for accuracy and completeness and detect errors when required.
• High quality has written and verbal communication skills and the confidence to advise the Chair and Board in a formal capacity.

Responsibilities

• Ability to understand and apply current accounting guidelines, system updates and revisions, and policy changes.
• Able to have and apply unbiased judgment skills to relate accounts matters & processes with the company’s operations & plans. Creative thinker, self-motivated, and independent in problem-solving.
• Ability to work with tight deadlines yet capable to be flexible and cooperative when expected.
• Willing and capable to work within a team and have excellent communication skills.
• Honesty and integrity in overseeing and managing financial records.
• Procurement: strategizing to find cost-effective deals and
• suppliers, to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people.

Requirements

• Proven and genuine Accounting previous work experience. Preferable in banking, real estate, and any corporate company background.
• Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience, preferably in UAE.
• Preferable Male candidates can join immediately.

Range salary not more than 8k.

The business scope of the company includes the sale of primary and secondary houses of residential and commercial real estate, housing leasing and housing custody services; Free commission and fair price agent to sell the primary housing projects of major developers in Dubai (such as Emaar, Dubai Property, Meraas, Nakheel, Al Futtaim, etc.) and second-hand housing transaction projects in all regions of Dubai. Top 3 Real Estate broker award from Emaar, Top 12 from DAMAC, Top 20 from Sobha Realty in 2021
