Join our team! We are hiring for a Senior Landscape Architect to be based in Dubai. UAE

 Experience:

• 8+ years post graduate experience;
• Degree in Landscape Architecture from recognised Institution;
• Creative design flare and graphical skills are essential to role;
• Competence in full Adobe Suite essential;
• Strong AutoCAD and Sketch Up skills;
• Proven track record of delivering projects from Concept Design through to IFC Stage;
• Proven ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary design team;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• Middle Eastern project experience advantageous;

Responsibilities

• Leading multiple Landscape Projects and working closely with the Client, Consultant and internal design team to ensure successful delivery of projects within required time and cost requirements;
• Leads the preparation of high quality Concept Design documents whilst working with the wider DSA team to deliver market leading graphical presentations;
• Creation of high quality and innovative Concept Design solutions which follow DSA's design values and the Project Brief;
• Attend Client presentations and key project meetings as part of the project delivery process;
• Develop and maintain Client relationships to secure repeat business as part of the wider studio BD strategy;
• Working with and mentoring junior team members to foster the studio culture and ensure the successful development of DSA staff;
• Overseeing and coordination Technical Design submissions including full coordination with the DSA BIM Team as well as external Consultants;
• Undertakes full specification of hard and soft Landscape materials on Landscape projects;
• Assisting with and preparing Landscape Specifications for Landscape Projects from Schematic Design onwards;
• Ability to work individually but also as part of a team to deliver projects in a demanding and fast paced environment;
• Leads project resource planning in coordination with other DSA Project leads and directly reports to DSA's director as part of the wider studio management strategy;

We have also completed projects in a broad spectrum of general architecture, including high-end residential, retail, commercial, high-rise buildings and industrial projects.
