Description

Vacancy: 1 No.

Location: Musaffah, Abu Dhabi, UAE

Responsibilities: 

• Liaise with Service managers and Project engineers to discuss the progress of the project and address any issues that arise. 
• Maintain, review, and administer resource project schedules and plans. 
• Estimate the costs, resources, and time required to complete the assigned phase of an engineering project and monitor activities, allocate resources and assign tasks to ensure these targets are met. 
• Adjust schedules to accommodate backlogs, design changes, and material or labor shortages. 
• Identify and pro-actively manage changes to the shift patterns to deliver improved customer service 
• Actively manage and develop the Workforce Management tool, own the relationship with the supplier. 
• Implement an established project plan; monitor progress and performance against the project plan 
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet project targets and milestones. 
• Coach and advise team members to accomplish project goals, to meet established schedules, and resolve technical/operational issues.

 

Experience:

• 4 to 8 years

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering 
• Electronics Engineering 
• Mechanical Engineering
