• QA/QC Engineer

Description

 We are looking for the right people — people who want to innovate, achieve, grow and lead.

Responsibilities:

• Review and monitor material specifications and quality standards, workflow, processes, etc.
• Recommend adjustments if needed in order to comply with the company policies, client and statutory requirements.
• Conduct and coordinate regular inspections, making sure also that work, products and documentations are prepared prior.
• Address quality issues on an immediate basis and coordinate with concerned personnel and discuss the measures to be taken to minimize quality risk and preparing and reviewing all inspection reports for compliance.
• Determining quality improvement factors.
• Implementing methods to inspect, test and evaluate the reliability of manufacturing processes, products and production equipment.
• Making sure processes adhere to quality standards.
• Preparing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
• Working in accordance with deadlines for delivery of products or software.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's - Civil Engineer .
• experience in the UAE Preferred.
• Strong knowledge of relevant software, quality assurance methods, tools and quality manufacturing processes
• Math skills
• Communication skills
• Knowledge of the organization’s product
• Attention to detail
• Analysis, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle stress
