Description

Cassette Restaurant is hiring an HR Assistant to join their team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
• Proven experience as HR Assistant/ Administrative Assistant or relevant role
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
• Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts/ employment offer/ salary certificate/ salary card/ etc
• Liaise with external partners (like insurance vendors/ exchange and WPS/ etc)
• Answer employee’s queries about HR-related issues
• Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules)
• Arrange yearly ticket booking/ staff advances/ bank account opening
• In charge in staff joining formalities
• Prepare monthly salary and gratuity closing
• Handling monthly sales commission and sales tips
• Understanding of labour laws and disciplinary procedures (UAE Labor)
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong ethics and reliability
• HR Credentials/ BS in Human Resources or relevant field

Salary between 5000 – 7000 AED but can be increased for the right candidate.
