Description

Bayaty Architects is hiring for the below mentioned engineering positions. Prospective candidates must be available to join immediately and have the minimum required UAE experience as mentioned below:

Requirements

1. Resident Engineer 

(Civil Engineer)

15 years’ experience on site with strong technical and leadership skills, aware of local authorities requirements, capable of checking technical material submittals, solving technical and commercial problems, verifying payments and variations. The right candidate must have worked on projects from commencement, through execution till completion, DLP and final handing over.

2. Electrical Engineer

5 years’ experience on site for checking technical material submittals, inspecting contractor’s work, solving problems, verifying payments, and aware of all construction related site operations.

3. Civil Inspector 

(Civil Engineer)

5 years’ experience on site, inspecting contractor’s work in line with project drawings and specifications, aware of QA/QC procedures, aware of HSE plan, verifying payments, and aware of all construction related site operations.
