Responsibilities

• Technical submittals preparation
• Negotiation with Clients about mix design proposals
• Conducting plant trials for mix design approval
• Support Sales team with mix design preparation, negotiations, and post-sales support
• Proposing new ideas and cost saving initiative
• Carry on special products (Value Added Products) sampling activities and work closely with contractors and applicators on mix design submittal, approvals and application
• Involve in Customers’ complaints review as well as in action plan development and implementation
• Monitor and verify raw materials

Requirements

Education/Professional Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering / Civil Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in Concrete Quality Control in UAE

Job Specific Competencies:

• Expertise in Concrete / Cement Technology
• Expertise in Structural Engineering, Building Procedures
• Knowledgeable in special products
• Knowledge in raw materials
• Knowledge in SAP Applications

Personal Attributes:

• Detail-oriented, well organized, and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
• Team player with high level of dedication
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Strong personality with the ability to develop & maintain relationships both for internal & external customers / ensure customer satisfaction
• Ethical and high compliant to policies and with high standard of integrity in all business dealings
