Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and maintain server hardware and software for optimal performance and uptime 
• Monitor and maintain the company's Office 365 environment, including email, SharePoint, and Teams 
• Manage user accounts and access permissions in Active Directory and Office 365 
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users 
• Configure and maintain the company's FortiGate firewall, including VPN and remote access 
• Install, configure, and maintain printers and cameras 
• Configure and maintain access control systems 
• Monitor logs and proactively address security threats 
• Monitor and log asset activity to track hardware and software inventory 
• Ensure data backups are performed regularly and securely stored 
• Develop and maintain IT policies and procedures 
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies and provide recommendations for improving the company's IT infrastructure

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field 
• At least 2 years of experience in server administration, Office 365, FortiGate firewall configuration, and other IT equipment 
• Experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange Server, and SharePoint 
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and other networking protocols 
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills 
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Experience with cloud-based solutions such as AWS or Azure is a plus
