Responsibilities

• Creates detailed drawings and specifications for architectural project
• Creates detailed shop drawings for large scale projects(CAD,Revit)
• Creates IFC drawings in Revit
• Coordinates the design between other departments(structural and MEP)
• Prepares and presents design proposals as per standard rules and regulations. including detailed drawings and perspectives.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Architecture
• Minimum 6 years experience with Revit (BIM Modeler) and AutoCAD
• Good Knowledge of Shop drawings, Joinery, Steel structure and Interior design
• Organized and can track document project phases and revisions
• Ability to work on assigned scope independently or in a team without supervision
• Good Communication skills.
