Responsibilities

• Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients. 
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support information, guidance, researching and recommending new opportunities. 
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. 
• Maintaining a healthy relationship with the existing and new clients. 
• Recommending sales improvement strategies and giving advice to the sales team. 
• Maintaining technical knowledge by attending conferences and workshops. 
• Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective. 
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. 
• Develop an overall sales strategy for the company. 
• Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
