1. Project Manager

Qualifications

• Mechanical / Civil Engineer / BSc Facade Engineer
• Minimum 5 to I0 years' experience in facade industry. 
• Well knowledge in various Curtain Walling, Doors, Windows, Glazing Systems & Metals. 

Responsibilities 

• Setting up contract files and project programmes. 
• Complete the project within the working budget & timelines. 
• Manage given targets with sub-contractors & own team.
• Update and issue progress reports to management. 
• Propose designs„ products, submissions and get approvals. 

2. Facade Designers

Qualifications

• ITI, Diploma or Degree Engineering — (Civil, Mechanical or Architectural)
• Minimum 3-5 years' experience Façade Curtain wall production orders
• Including the preparation of fabrication, Assembly drawings and material list.
• Should be good in AutoCAD, Excel and Inventor Software.
• Available in UAE in Visit Visa or Transferable Visa

Responsibilities 

• Prepare design shop drawings with reference to project specifications, architectural, structural & IFC drawings. 
• Prepare the installation drawings in reference of site surveys, safety factors and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare material take off, optimization, allocations & material submissions.
• Prepare fabrication drawings, cutting list, material indent for production orders. 
• Update drawings submission and material submission logs / registry.
