Responsibilities

• Tracks direct materials, components, or services in line with the specified cost, quality, and delivery targets. Including follow-up/expedites deliveries, Inventory Control
• Coordinate with internal department related to price matching, invoice aging, receiving, warehouse & work multiple vendors
• Effectively communicate forecasts and purchase orders to qualified suppliers based on RTX purchasing guidelines. Works closely with strategic sourcing to advance enterprise-wide sourcing programs as appropriate.
• Coordinates the planning of recent schedules and inventory control parameters for the assigned products and services. In addition to, as appropriate quality matters and engineering changes/developments between company activities and suppliers.)
• Work within the SAP system to continually search for opportunities to enhance the production and supply chain process using a variety of problem solving techniques​.
• Understand the production schedule and communicate within the Supply Chain organization for impacts to schedule.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredit university or collage.
• Good oral and written communication
• A highly motivated self-starter with a strong desire to succeed and pursue continued growth and developmental opportunities.
• Ability to meet commitments, balance and resolve conflicting priorities
• Strong analytical skills including problem solving and troubleshooting.
• High level of English proficiency.
• Strong in Microsoft Office programs, in particular Excel
