Responsibilities

• Responsible for the proper maintenance and operation of the building/store equipment and facilities.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and other related tasks.
• Assist contractors for equipment repairs and maintenance.
• Work with tools and supplies necessary to complete projects.
• Maintain corporate safety procedures at all times and comply with access control regulations.

Requirements

• At least completed a Technical Vocational course related to Property Maintenance
• 3-4 years related work experience
• Specialized in HVAC Area
