We are hiring an HSE Engineer for our UAE office!

- To implement all HSE requirements at site level in line with the FEES & Client Standards.
- Act as focal point for all routine HSE Site activities.
- Carry out routine HSE inspections and site walks to ensure workplace safety including PPE compliance.
- Conduct site HSE inductions and trainings; Conduct (along with supervisors) Toolbox talks.
- Physically verify and ensure all HSE prerequisites / inspections are carried out prior to start the work at site.
- Strictly maintain HSE discipline at site including PPE compliance, signages, LSR compliances etc., first aid facility, welfare facilities etc.
- Maintain all HSE documentation up to date.
- Arrange and coordinate emergency drills as Emergency coordinator.
- Report all incidents, near misses, HSE observations etc. on time. participate in investigations & audits.
- Promote HSE culture among workers and encourage HSE reporting from workers at site to ensure maximum number of near misses and HSE observations are reported.
- Prepare close-out reports for all project related HSE study report and obtain approval by fulfilling client requirements.
- Minimum 8-10 years’ experience as HSE Advisor/Engineer/specialist in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in the oil & gas or petrochemical sector.
- Bachelor’s Degree or 3 Years diploma in Engineering from a reputed university.
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent is mandatory.
- Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
