Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management and achievement of profit for all food and beverage operations in the hotel including restaurants, lounges, kitchen operations, catering and banquet operations. 
• Achievement of budgeted food sales, beverage sales, labour costs and profitability. 
• Direct the day-to-day activities and assignments of food and beverage staff, ensure proper coverage, develop and communicate departmental strategies and goals, and assign work. 
• Plans meals and service while directing and guiding the Chef with various assignments. 
• ultimately responsible for providing oversight of the kitchen staff outlets banquet food display merchandising and operations of the kitchen service beverage and banquet departments as required.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar job role for at least 04 years is required. GCC experience is required. Experience in the international F&B industry, including hotel and independent operation and F&B consultation.
