Requirements

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of Digital Media Planning and buying experience Digital media expertise including social, display, OLV, content programs/targeting
• 4+ years of directly related experience and 2+ years of management experience
• Good Communication Skills, Data Analysis skills, and strong process development skills
• Expert knowledge of digital investment and activation across all online channels with strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to detect and translate a story behind numbers/data
•  Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with the ability to think unconventionally in proposing solutions
•  Negotiation and influence skills –steeped in required industry, brand, and competitive knowledge
• A proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects effectively and work well under pressure to deliver high quality work within tight deadlines
•  Robust experience with client interaction
• An intrinsic passion for new technology and utilization of social media tools to engage and inspire new solutions for clients
• Proven experience in effectively coaching and developing others
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, communications, applied mathematics, consumer behaviour or a related field
