Regional Client Services Specialist
Description
As a Regional Client Services Supervisor, you are required to professionally handle Management Print (MPS) c lients, following project deployment and providing reviews and customer service during the contract period.

- Responsible for account development by capturing opportunities to increase profitable revenue growth within existing sites by introducing new services and by increasing demand for existing services .
- Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction and resolves all customer complaints
- Responsible for MPS Management Reporting across the region.
- Prioritize, assign, evaluate and supervise the work of all Client Service Specialists , Provides coaching and guidance for performance improvement and development .
- Management of team
- Interview and hiring of new competent employees
- Providing smooth induction along with HR
- Identifying trainings to upskills staff along with HR
- Regularly evaluate employees to determine how well they are fulfilling their job and whether they are meeting company standards for professionalism, attendance, and work performance.
- Supervise all staff members to determine how well they function in their jobs on a day-to-day basis.
- Maintains the staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
- Provide coaching where necessary
- Responsible for agreeing KPIs, objectives, budget for the team
- Graduate Degree
- Background within Marketing and Business-related field
- Working experience of 3-5 years in a customer facing role.
- Strong customer service orientation, & excellent communication skills both on the phone & in person
- Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is preferable
