Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage software testing and quality assurance activities for projects. 
• Work with project managers to develop project plans that include SQA activities, timelines, and budgets. 
• Collaborate with the SQA team to develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. 
• Ensure that software defects are identified, tracked, reported, and resolved in a timely manner. 
• Communicate with project stakeholders, including developers, project managers, and customers, to ensure that software quality expectations are met. 
• Manage SQA project resources, including personnel, equipment, and tools. 
• Monitor and report on project progress, including SQA metrics and testing status. 
• Facilitate project meetings, including preparing agendas, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on action items. 
• Identify and mitigate SQA project risks, and work with project managers to adjust project plans as needed. 
• Assist with SQA process improvement initiatives, including developing and implementing best practices, standards, and tools. 
• Provide leadership and guidance to SQA team members.
