Responsibilities

• Assist the legal department in providing expert legal consultation & advise on wide range of legal matters including insurance, corporate commercial, and employment law. 
• Brief and instruct company's legal panel firms and provide legal direction/supervision in relation to cases. 
• Assist the legal department in reviewing, drafting and negotiate corporate commercial contracts, memoranda, official notices, and other legal instruments; prepare templates for contracts and forms. 
• Ensure that all litigation cases are handled in compliance with local and federal laws and regulations of the UAE and with company's policies. 
• Any additional task will be assigned by the reporting line manager.

Requirements

• Educational Attainment : Bachelor's Degree in Law is a must.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in Law Firm / Insurance Company.
