Responsibilities

• Drives business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.
• Marketing the company and its products, working on opening new markets, increasing customers, and selling rates.
• Presenting well and selling the products (fresh fruits and vegetables) and services by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.
• Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and recommending profit and service improvements.
• Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Prepares reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Assist the department manager in developing sales strategies and monitoring markets and competitors.
• Working on diversifying the segments and achieving the target ratios for each one.
• Achieving sales goals as well as profit goals.
• Work on the continuity and stability of sales flows.
• Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly.
• Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective.
• Conducting in-depth research on competitors' products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
• Work closely with the Finance Department regarding the follow-up of collections from clients per the terms of contracts.

Requirements

• Fresh fruits and vegetable sales experience is a must.
• UAE market experience at least 5 years is a must
• HORECA experience is a must
• only for who is available in the UAE, no overseas hiring.
