Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with existing and new potential customers.
• Develop and maintain a broad network of contacts/customers within the Structural
• Strengthening and Restoration business/industry to generate leads and potential business
• opportunities.
• Use effective sales techniques to negotiate and close profitable new business in alignment
• with the sales goals.
• Involve relevant functions such as Business Development, Product, Application, etc. to
• evaluate the technical viability of the solution provided.
• Follow up on awarded projects and coordinate with relevant departments for project
• completion as per agreed timelines.
• Complete weekly/monthly sales reports to the management e.g. Sales KPIs, sales activities,
• opportunities, risks, commitments, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil
• 2+ years of field sales experience specifically for restoration & strengthening projects.
• Excellent negotiation and customer management skills.
• Presentable, confident & good in communication.
• Proficient MS Office Skills.
• Valid UAE driving license
