Requirements

• Graduate (any stream) 
• Sound knowledge of MS Office, telephone etiquette and Customer Service certifications 
• Excellent communication skills in English & Arabic -speaking, reading & writing 
• Minimum 2 years' experience as a call centre operator 
• Minimum 1 year experience in the FM industry (preferred) 
• IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word 
• Strong telephonic & communication skills with excellent telephone & email etiquette 
• Thorough understanding of operational & functionality characteristics of Concept Evolutions (Preferred)
