Responsibilities
- Improve sales actions and develop, implement New sales strategies.
- Focus on Market trends, industrial developments, identify prospects and adapt best ways to convert them into business.
- Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
- Handle the sales team for overall UAE Region.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team weekly.
- Make use of the platforms providing the project details & work on from the Concept stage.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering.
- Strong analytical, Numeric & Inter personal skills
- Sound Knowledge and expertise in Power Electronics, Instrumentation & Electrical designing ( CAD).
- Sound Knowledge & Experience in UPS System, DC Chargers, HVAC (CRAC/CCU),Understanding Datacenter Designs, etc
- Strong Project management Skills, any certifications like PMP will be an added advantage.
- Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills, Arabic Speaking will be added advantage.
- Willingness to travel, Middle East & African Countries.
- Sound knowledge in handling the Capital Investments, Finance to ensure the cash flow is maintained overall company & lead team.
