Marketing Skills Development Manager
Description
The Area Marketing Skills Development Manager (MSDM) is responsible for developing and implementing programs to build the capability of employees within the organization. This role requires a deep understanding of the organization's goals and objectives and the ability to create strategies and programs that align with these objectives.
The Capability Build Manager will work closely with HR, Learning & Development, and business leaders to identify skill gaps and develop training programs to bridge those gaps.
- Work with business leaders to identify skill gaps and create targeted training programs to address capability gaps.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, job aids, and e-learning modules
- Conduct training sessions and workshops, both in person and virtually.
- Work closely with global and local suppliers in developing gamified solutions in addressing learning.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement
- Leverage AI, Power BI and other tools to provide key data and insights regarding learning to the business leaders.
- Amplify career profiles defining the capabilities each role requires and fitting in talent profiles to these profiles to see if there’s a match.
- Collaborate with HR to incorporate capability building into performance management processes
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; Business Management, Marketing
- Ideally 5+ years’ experience within learning and development with a strong preference in consumer marketing.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects
- Must have previous experience working in a multi-marketing matrix organization
- Digital experience in building Power BI and excel is a must
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to enable results through others, work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing training programs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and recommend solutions.
