Housekeeping Inspector
Description
Mint Stay is hiring a Housekeeping Inspector to supervise the quality of the apartments/villas and ensure they are offered at the highest standards for the best guest experience. This includes housekeeping, maintenance, furniture, appliances, and accessories.
Applicants must have a minimum of two years of experience in a similar housekeeping role with a luxury holiday home operator.

- Perform quality assurance checks on newly acquired units during onboarding
- Ensure completion of all quality requirements for new units before going live
- Perform quality assurance checks on all live units on a regular basis
- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues
- Ensure cleaning is performed as per the highest standards in all units
- Ensure all units are maintained as per the highest standards
- Ensure furniture, appliances, and accessories are complete and in perfect condition in all units; and replace below-standard ones
- Take full ownership and responsibility for quality troubleshooting in the field
- Provide regular reporting on the quality status of the units
- Minimum two years experience in a similar housekeeping role with a luxury holiday home operator
- Dubai work experience is essential and must be in the country
- Ability to develop and oversee processes and controls to ensure consistency in delivery
- Ability to solve tough problems on the fly
- Ability to handle pressure
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Attentive to detail and very well organized.
