Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.

• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

• Prepare reports and analysis for customers surveys.

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.

• Listen to the customer feedback about the service.

• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in relevant field
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong computer skills (excel, word etc.)

• Computer knowledge
• Linguistic Skills (English & Arabic)
• Rigorous and organized in handling cases.
• Relational profile (know how to listen, how to explain)
