Responsibilities

• Demonstrated abilities working in other departments of the Hotel. 
• Demonstrated potential to acquire such management skills 
• Proven ability to identify trends and need areas in the international market. 
• Candidate should preferably have previous experience in a similar role with reputed hospitality organizations. 
• Good English communication skills 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow 
• Attractive salary and benefits offered for the right candidate.

Requirements

• Monitors performance against the plan and pro-actively makes recommendations for changes to achieve or exceed the forecasted result. 
• Develops and executes tactical promotions for special events and low occupancy periods. 
• Identifies sales opportunities for other hotels and ensures that these are handled in an efficient manner. 
• Ensures that the hotel sales database is regularly maintained on a monthly basis. 
• Negotiates incremental revenue and new business with clients and customers. 
• Constantly apply standard operating procedures in your department. 
• Adhere to hotel policies and procedure.
