 We’re hiring piping stress engineers and piping designers for projects in the chemical, oil and gas sectors.

Burns & McDonnell India is looking for well-rounded and driven Piping Stress Engineers and Designers and Process Engineers for the Oil, Gas & Chemical Group. The group focuses on Oil & Gas Refinery and Chemical facilities, which offer a wide range of design and project execution experiences. The team has extensive experience in both conventional and renewable fuel projects ranging from ISBL Refinery units, Gas Plants, Chemicals unit, OSBL facilities and Revamp projects.

To grow our team and to support upcoming projects, we are hiring experienced personnel in our Piping Department.

Requirements

1. Piping SP3D Designers - Oil, Gas & Chemical

• 5 to 25 yrs (20 Nos.)
• Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering / IT certification, with minimum 5 years of related progressive detailing and design experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with 5-25 years of experience in detailed Design of Oil, Gas & Chemical projects.
•  Experience using design software such as SP3D, LFM, E3D, AutoCAD, MicroStation, Navisworks, Smart Plant Review and Excel to develop design deliverables is preferred.

2. Piping Stress Engineers - Oil, Gas & Chemical

• 3 to 10 yrs (10 Nos.)
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical/Mechanical engineering with
• 3-10 years of experience in detailed stress analysis associated with Oil & Gas projects.

3. Sr. Process Engineers - Oil, Gas & Chemical

• 11 to 15 yrs - 4 Nos. (Contract /Permanent)

4. Jr. Process Engineers - Oil, Gas & Chemical

• 4 to 10 yrs - 14 Nos. (Contract /Permanent)

5. Freelancers - Oil, Gas & Chemical

• 15 to 20 yrs - 2 Nos. (Contract)
• Work as a team member/ lead/Super lead in Conceptual Study/FEED/ Basic engineering/ Detailed Engineering. Can Prepare/review Process deliverables like PFD/P&ID, Thermal design of Exchanger, separator, column design, Pumps, PS, Flare network, IPDS, various Summaries. Familiar with Aspen HYSYS, hydraulic related software. Familiarity with API/ISO/NFPA/OSHA standards.
