Responsibilities

• Manage all waste management facilities in Dubai. The site incorporates all landfill and waste management activities.
• Organize and manage waste disposal, collection and recycling facilities.
• Supervise the transportation of waste to ensure that it takes place efficiently without contaminating air, land or water sources.
• Recommend improvements to departmental policy and implement procedures and controls covering all areas of Green Arabia Function, so that all relevant procedural/ legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering quality, cost effective service to customers.
• Ensure compliance to all relevant QHSE procedures and controls across Green Arabia Function to guarantee employee safety, health, legislative compliance, delivery of high-quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
• Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Any graduate from an accredited university or college. 
• 4 to 5 years of experience in waste management service in the UAE/middle east. 
• Expertise in the area of commercial sales, business development & marketing with proven client contract and relationship management abilities especially with large Key Accounts. 
• Knowledge of the market dynamics of waste management industry. 
• Knowledge in DM, RTA & other authority procedures  
• Holds valid UAE driving licence. 
• Ability to prepare internal and external reports using ERP.
