• Develops company HR policies and procedures and responds to relevant inquiries.
• Oversees the pre-screening, interviewing, assessment, and hiring of top-quality candidates.
• Coordinates training programs, career development and performance appraisal process.
• Coordinates exit interview and communicates findings.
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent.
• Knowledge of UAE Labor laws.
• Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.

• Commitment to excellence and high standards.
• Organizational skills.
