Responsibilities

• Source and acquire new customers and sell products for Individual life as per the target.
• Ensure collection of renewal contributions and business retention to match business & persistency targets.
• Adhere to Noor Takaful Individual Life DST sales process.
• Comply with legal, regulatory, financial, and operational requirements in all areas of responsibility.
• Provide KYC for the clients as per the guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Relevant industry experience with at least 2 years in front-line sales of Life Insurance products
• Additional certification, CII / CISI / LOMA is recommended
• High Motivation, Energy, Winning Mindset, Optimism & Tenacity
• Communication Skills
• Customer Service, Referral & Relationship Building
