Responsibilities

• Able to demonstrate moderate to superior skills in financial statement spreading and the evaluation of projections.
• Support business in evaluating, recommending, and managing commercial real estate financing and other forms of credit facilities.
• Undertake detailed credit analysis and complete periodic reviews as necessary. Understand Credit Risk Policy and Procedures.
• Keeps informed of current underwriting practices and assists in updating the financial institution’s underwriting policies.
• Assists in accurately risk-rating loans/credits. 
• Evaluate both cash-flow and collateral-based loans/credits.
• Facilitate development of problem loan credit solutions.
• Responsible for audit of loan files prior to and after disbursement of facilities.
• Assists Banking Operations in the maintenance of loan files, including settlement, changes in structure/ownership, and transfers etc.

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years’ experience in corporate credit environment.
• Familiarity with legal documentation associated with corporate transactions.
• Strong research and analytical skills with a thorough knowledge of financial statements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economic or another relevant disciplines.
