Responsibilities

• Should be able to plan & deliver AOP targets for the assigned geography through DSA channel 
• Should be an effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills
• Should engage with channel partners to grow business and develop relations 
• Should support their team in getting the cases done by getting approvals from the internal stake holders
• Should achieving business numbers within determined geographies and channel partners 
• Should monitor the connections and visits conducted by the team to the channels to develop relationships, generate more business and build comfort with the channel
• Should review the TAT for business sourced through the channels 
• Should impart training on processes and product offerings while developing better relations with the DSAs
• Should conduct sales governance through compliance with systems and processes
• Should effectively engage with the Credit, Operations & Risk teams to ensure the TAT is maintained for case processing

Requirements

• Required Experience & Qualification – MBA / Post-Graduate with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience.
• The candidate should be an effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills with the ability to connect with people across all levels of business and management
