Responsibilities
- Maintaining a stock of printer parts so that they can replace any malfunctioning components on the spot
- Installing software for new printers or updating existing software to ensure optimal performance
- Testing and calibrating printers to ensure performance standards are met
- Performing maintenance on printers such as replacing ink cartridges or cleaning the print heads
- Troubleshooting printer problems such as paper jams or computer conflicts that may be causing printing errors
- Using diagnostic tools to determine the cause of printer malfunctions and repairing them as necessary
- Recommending upgrades or replacements for existing printing equipment based on usage trends
- Monitoring printer usage to ensure compliance with relevant regulations regarding printing activities.
- Providing excellent customer support and service.
- Managing schedules and customer emergencies.

Requirements
- Should have at least 3years of UAE experience on the same field
- MUST have a UAE Driver's License and a Car
- Knowledge of Basic Networking.
- Computer and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in the maintenance and repair of printers manufactured by HP, Brother, Lexmark, Xerox, Samsung, and other brands of printers.
- Possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Provide accurate feedback with close call information, parts usage reporting and customer meter readings.
- Must be able to problem solve, conduct is written and verbal communication, read and comprehend technical information.
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds. Pull, lift, reach and transport equipment parts and boxes.
