Responsibilities
- Project planning and scheduling
- Resource updates
- Tracking of schedule and resources
- Periodical project reporting and coordination with project stockholders to meet the management objectives and project requirements
- Study of the project based on the preliminary program from client.
- Identifying the project documents required for the project.
- Project Planning and scheduling
- Coordination with PM for raw material procurement status.
- Coordinating with Design for timely submission of shop drawing & Approvals.
- Preparation of Daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- Create progress measurement procedures of the project including determination of weight factors.
- Follow up submittal and approval schedules for materials & drawings.
- Developing an S Curve for project progress for various items like Fabrication, Delivery & Installation
- Updating the progress percentage based on earned value using PRIMAVERA P6 on a weekly & monthly basis.
- Updating milestone status with forecast completion dates
- Recording the delays due to various reasons at site and notifying the same to client through Daily and weekly reports
- Maintaining Issue log

Requirements
- Qualification required Degree / Diploma in Engineering
- Desired Professional / Exposure or Experience 3+ years of related experience and proficiency in Construction Project Planning,and related software.
- Proficiency in planning software like Primavera
- AutoCAD
- Microsoft Project 2013
- A Self-motivated, energetic, honest with a positive attitude & well-structured working manner.
- Team attitude to cooperate with all others in the team.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Willing to learn and grow with the organization
