• Xth, XIIth, UG/DIP - Consolidated,Graduation,Provisional & Transfer Certificate
• Previous companies Experience Letters.
• Current Company - Offer Appointment Letter.
• Last Three Months pay slips with bank statement.

Responsibilities

SMT Production

• Responsible for ensuring product Quality with Inbuilt Quality.
• Strong Knowledge in PCBA and SMT Production.
• Thorough understanding of SMT related processes and machines like solder past printing, SPI, reflow, AOI, X-Ray, Waves, ICT, FCT and Testers.
• Conducts failure analysis, provide corrective and preventative action recommendations.
• Monitors SMT process effectively and delivers the required output.
• Effectively communicates with CFT members to highlight day to day issues.

SMT Quality

• Good Knowledge on SMT processes and Machines before releasing it to line.
• Verify the work instructions and Explore the line issues with CFT Team on Daily, Weekly Monthly basis and take appropriate CAPA.
• Drive Improvements for the Top 5 issues & follow up actions with tracker.
• Analysis of internal failures /Customer complaints with proper 8D Analysis Why Why Analysis and finding the root cause with CAPA.
• Monitors SMT process effectively and delivers the required output.
• Effectively monitor the Line Audit findings and drive CFT action closure.

SMT Equipment / Maintenance/Process

• Ensure SMT lines are operating at optimum performance level by performing preventive maintenance on daily, weekly, monthly as per schedule.
• Ability to set up and optimize SMT process Parameters.
• Conduct failure analysis provide CAPA recommendations for major breakdowns and deliver the requires outputs.
• Support NPI (New Product Introduction) trials and ramp up mass production. Improve productivity, reduce defects, reduce scrap, reduce costs by implementing Kaizen.
• To perform installation of SMT Machines when newly machines are arrived.
• Ensure to maintain minimum spares and Asset Management.
