In the role of Talent Acquisition and HR Specialist you‘ll work directly with our
Managing Director to find the “missing pieces” to complete our Brainlake all-star team.
The other key responsibility for this role, is to work with our Experience Design Director
to establish an employee experience that keeps our team happy. In a nutshell, you’ll help
us; attract, develop, and retain the best talent at Brainlake.

Responsibilities
- Work with the management to design and execute creative talent acquisition strategies to help us “punch above our weight” when it comes to recruiting exceptional team members
- Manage the E-2-E recruitment and onboarding process, including advertising, shortlisting and screening candidates, setting up interviews, communicating with candidates, and managing their induction to ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
- Design and implement improvements to the employee experience (including processes, platforms and capabilities) by challenging the status quo, and constantly striving to make Brainlake a better place to work
- Help the senior and line managers deal with organisational, people, career development and change-related issues
- Take the lead in managing the day-to-day administration of HR policies, procedures and processes
- Be the social heart of Brainlake, including but not limited to - organising development, team-building and/or other social activities
- You have between 2-4 years of Talent Acquisition experience, preferably within a digital agency / the tech industry
- You have experience with UAE and/or KSA Labour Law regulations
- You have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field
- You are an innate connector, who loves to build deep networks of diverse talent across industries and geographies
- You are an innovative, creative, out-of-the-box thinker and use these traits to design recruitment strategies that are about “working smarter not harder”
- You are a people person at heart and have a “sixth sense” that anticipates the clarity our team needs in order to proactively build a great employee journey
- You are passionate about helping others realise their true potential
- Are punctual, proactive, have a positive attitude and can work independently
- Can bring your fresh thinking and energy to the team with a can-do mentality
- Communicate clearly and take ownership over your actions
- Are empathetic, and possess both the Emotional (self-awareness) and Social
- (interpersonal) Intelligence to be aware of the motives and feelings of others
- Have the maturity and judgement to balance between both the needs of the business and our people
