Skills & Requirements

    1) Procurement and Logistics Officer (Saudi Arabia)

• With a minimum 2 years hands-on experience in FM industry.
• Proficiency/Advanced level English & Arabic communication and written skills.
• Handles complete Procurement activities, coordinating with vendors, obtaining quotes, negotiation, making & closing POs, etc.
• Be able to identify new vendors, on board them, discuss negotiate prices, terms & Condition.
• Knowledge of ERP system will be helpful in order to follow a system that will be generated for the particular task.
• Any procurement certification is a plus
• If currently residing in UAE, should be willing to relocate upon hiring.
• Should be available to start immediately.

    2) Sustainability Officer (UAE)

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability or a related field
• Certification in LEED, BREEAM, or another green building standard is a plus
• Familiarity with carbon accounting and reporting standards
• At least 2-5 years’ experience in the same field
• Working knowledge of energy efficiency best practices
