Seeking an Operations Manager to report directly to the CEO, overseeing the day to day running of the business as well as taking a leading role on the business expansion and move to new premises.

Responsibilities
- Managing the day to day running of the business
- Overseeing the finance, admin and project management teams
- Leading on all staff related matters, including but not limited to hiring, training and well being
- Ensuring the high standards we have set are adhered to at all times
- Sourcing new premises and project managing the move
- Managing our internal bespoke booking and enquiry computer system
- Liaising with our freelance team and artists as a Senior representative of Energie.
- Proven managerial track record in a similar role with minimum 3 years experience.
- Excellent budget management skills
- The ability to work under pressure of time constraints
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Outstanding understanding of Microsoft Office, Keynote, G-Suite
- An in-depth knowledge of business management
- A can-do attitude, ability and a willingness to muck in and do whatever is necessary to get
- the job finished.
- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multi task
- A team player with a good sense of humor
