Responsibilities
- Verify all the finance-related requests and the supporting documents,
- Ensure the accuracy of financial documents, as well as their compliance with relevant
- laws and regulations
- Ensure postings of all transactions in the accounting system in time
- Complete monthly, quarterly, and annual closing in a timely fashion
- Provide accurate, timely, and relevant recording, reporting, and analysis of financial information and budget
- Ensure compliance with applicable standards, rules, regulations, and systems of internal control
- Aid in the implementation of new accounting policies, standards, and guidelines
- Identify areas for improvement and implement improvements to processes
- Maintain accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures.
- Complies with financial legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation
- Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets, financial forecasts, and investment analysis
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, and auditing.
- Proven minimum 3-year work experience as accountant or similar role in this region.
- In-dept understanding of business bookkeeping procedures.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Addition certification (e.g. CPA/ACCA) is a plus
