Graphic Designer
Description
- Develop and execute visual, graphic materials for internal and external needs, including digital and print.
- Ensure projects are completed with high quality and delivered on schedule.
- Work on a wide range of projects and media, using various computer software to visualize and develop innovative graphic designs that meet marketing team goals.
- Obtain input from the marketing team, ensuring designs meet organizational standards and brand guidelines, express ideas accurately and represent the manufacturers or dealerships appropriately.
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the marketing team, meeting deadlines and scheduling project implementation based on workload, which may include numerous, simultaneous projects.
- Update and maintain internal databases of design assets.
- Collaborate, brainstorm and strategize with the marketing team for a wide range of materials that may include web pages, email campaigns, signage, internal communication, brochures and marketing materials.
- Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
- Develop concepts and execute original content determining ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery and layout while adhering to brand guidelines.
- Follow the uploading process of all project material, understanding best practices for using a content management system.
- Ensure proper application of dealership and manufacturer logos.
- Develop designs from conceptual, ideation stage to the final design.
- Execute multiple projects simultaneously, while sometimes working within tight schedules and in a fast-paced environment.

- Bachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications or related field
- Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills
- Proven work history with relevant experience
- Strong portfolio of work examples
- Significant knowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign and other graphic design software
- Strong knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print and digital
- Solid time-management and organizational skills
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to continuous change, and not easily frustrated by multiple edits
- Strong professional and interpersonal skills
- Enthusiastic about working collaboratively
- Confident in all relevant graphic design software skills
